The Nordic Sociological Association organize a Nordic Sociological Conference every second/third year. The responsibility rotates between the National Sociological Associations in the Nordic countries. I 2002 the Conference was in Reykjavik (Iceland), in 2004 Malmø (Sweden), in 2006 Åbo (Finland), in 2008 Aarhus (Denmark), in 2011 Oslo (Norway) and in 2012 it was in Reykjavik (Iceland).

The next conference will be held in Lund, Sweden 14-16. august 2014.
